President & CEO

Nick lives in Austin, TX USA with his wife and three children. He spends his free time watching his kids perform in soccer and dance and running marathons (22 and counting).

4 years as CTO of LivingTree. Led the growth and scalability of the LivingTree platform from 20K to 1M+ users

12 years as Founder and CEO/CTO of Manticore Technology. Manticore provided a available/scalable SaaS marketing platform and became a multimillion dollar recurring revenue business utilizing only a small amount of seed capital.

Executed a strategic merger of Manticore with Sales Engine International (SEI) and, after serving as CTO, served on the SEI Board of Directors

Led Hewlett Packard’s CloudFoundry strategy as part of the initial launch of the HPE Helion Development Platform, including advising on investment in the CloudFoundry open source community and recommending M&A targets

Director of Engineering

Rajesh brings with him over 25 years of experience in building and delivering software product and solutions. He has earned hands-on experience over the years of developing, managing, and delivering technology solutions in diversified domains like Web applications, Mobile platform and apps, Cloud Infrastructure and applications, Enterprise applications, Telecom, Datacom and IOT. He has led product/solutions design, development, and delivery for a wide range of domains. He has led systems engineering and R&D projects across globally distributed organizations.

Rajesh has a Master of Technology degree in Computer Science from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Madras and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering from University of Mysore in India.

Engineering Manager | Full Stack Developer

Dibyank brings over 7 years of progressive experience in building and delivering scalable software solutions across diverse domains. He has earned hands-on expertise in full-stack development, cloud architecture, and engineering leadership while managing enterprise applications at scale. He has led product design, development, and delivery across web applications, mobile platforms, AI-powered solutions and cloud infrastructure. Dibyank has successfully managed cross-functional teams and delivered multiple high-impact projects across globally distributed organizations.

Dibyank holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science with specialization in Oil and Gas Informatics from MIT University, Shillong and has completed advanced certifications in digital transformation and modern web technologies.
